About Us

Force Training Academy Pty Ltd, a nationally Recognised Training Organisation (RTO), was created in 2007 originally as Fernwood Learning when it has identified a requirement to lift the quality of graduates from fitness courses. We wanted quality, had high expectations of its employees, so has the same expectations of its graduates, many of whom work within our clubs. Now as new company Force Training Academy (since 2019) we remain agile, attentive and high quality education provider, where you will be treated with personal attention, assistance and pathway to finish your study and joing the workforce or start your own business.

Our team consists of experienced trainers and assessors who have wealth of experience and are always there to help students. Our courses of high standards and will prepare you to become professional in your field and ready to run your own business in Fitness and Health industry.

Our Fitness Trainers and Assessors each have over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, have degrees in Exercise Science and Human Movement, and over 5 years’ experience as trainers and assessors.

Our professional development programs are delivered by experts in their fields, many with International presentation experience.

I completed my Certificate IV with FTA back in 2004. Now as a Club Manager I find FTA very accessible and willing to assist with any questions regarding staff training, registration etc. We are always on the lookout for new personal trainers to join our team and are confident in the standard of the Force Training Academy graduates. Recently one of our members completed her Certificate III and we loved assisting the trainees in club with the practical side of their learning.
